Duvall

Incorporated in 1913, Duvall is a small but diverse town of nearly 6,000 residents; rich in history and tradition. It is fast becoming a favorite residential community due to its proximity to major eastside cities and the quiet, bucolic setting. Its strong agricultural roots are still evident in the expansive farmlands which provide a scenic backdrop to the newer housing developments popping up within the city limits. Residents appreciate the “everybody knows everybody” sentiment, keeping it a safe and well loved area. Community festivals, antique shops, co-op farming opportunities and riverside parks make it a lively place throughout the summer months.
