Bellevue

As the largest city on the Eastside with approximately 120,000 residents, Bellevue is known for its upscale shopping centers, high-tech jobs and picturesque parks. Linked by two floating bridges, Seattle is less than a 30 minute drive away. Housing choices range from multi-million dollar waterfront villas to more modest “family-friendly” neighborhoods. In recent years downtown living opportunities have nearly doubled with an influx of new high-rise apartments and condos. Taking its motto, “a city in a park” to heart, Bellevue offers over 50 parks, 10 of which are on the waterfront and almost 40 miles of walking trails.
